Our return policy lasts 30 days from the date your order was placed, or 7 days from the date you received it, whichever is later. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange after this period.

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be returned in brand new, unused condition, with all parts sealed in their original bags and the product in its sealed original packaging. All returns must be shipped via a tracked method.

If your return shipment incurs customs fees, these charges will be deducted from your refund amount.

If any parts are missing from your order, we will send you replacement parts. The complete item is only eligible for return if it is unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its sealed original packaging. Please do not return items to the manufacturer. Partial refunds may be offered in certain situations.

After we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets our return policy criteria. We will then send you an email notification to confirm receipt of your return and inform you of the status of your refund (approval or rejection).

Once your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and the credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method (credit card or other) within 5-7 business days.

If you haven't received your refund yet, please check your bank account and then contact your credit card company. It may take some time for your refund to be officially posted.
